First of all, a biiiiig Thank You! to all of you people who have commented on my work or even +fav'd one painting or another and added me to their watch lists. I'm really floored. You all made my ... past couple of days!
So, status update - I'm not working for the games company that I used supply with paintings for two years anymore (which is a pity because it was fun work, but that's life). Then, shortly after the Rome holiday, my relationship ended (how coincidental), so I found myself with lots more time on my hands and took up a sport after being sport-less for more than five years. Thanks to that sport - 'tis Kendo - I now know not only how a Hakama looks like, but also how do draw one (unlike back in 2003, when I painted Kenshin, heh). That's were some of the recent Asian inspiration in my paintings comes from.
That's it from me. Have fun. Enjoy life. Don't stress out over anything, it's usually not worth it. Read a book from a genre you wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole - there's so much you learn from a little deviation from your normal life. Take a walk outside. Be active and productive, and stay creative. Then nothing can go really wrong

Das Internet ist so klein. DA kann ich auch nicht so wirklich entgehen, weils trotz der Navigationskatastrophe die wunderbrache Friends/Watch-Funktion hat.
